This was an illustration for a poster I was designing for Wizard World/Texas in November of 2005.

The main guests were artists Jim Lee(Batman,Wildcats), and Michael Turner(Fathom) who was there representing his new company Aspen Comics. Jim Lee was there along with DC representatives to help promote his forthcoming run on Batman and All Star Batman & Robin, and Superman.

I represented these artists by centering the poster's focus on the three characters that were currently being rendered by Lee and Turner; "Superman & Batman"(Jim Lee) and the debut of Michael Turner's new creation at Aspen Comics, "Soulfire".

Wizard World/Texas was my first visit to the lone star state, the event was held in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area and although I personally did not have a good show at the con, my poster design recieved a good response from many who saw it, including Michael Turner himself.

The original art for the poster was sold at the event.
